Steam bath

Gentle warmth and fine steam cleanse the skin, clear the respiratory tract and promote general well-being in the textile-free steam bath.

Infrared sauna (40° C) with light therapy

The gentle infrared heat and the play of light stimulate blood circulation, relax the body and support regeneration.

Ice fountain

Refreshingly different: After the sauna session, the ice fountain provides the perfect cold stimulus – invigorating, energizing and healthy.

Relaxation & brine inhalation room

Lean back, take a deep breath, recharge your batteries: With a salt stone wall, natural wood, comfortable loungers and small refreshments and fruit, it’s ideal for switching off.

Samadhi Floating Bath

Float, relax, let go. In the body-warm salt water you will experience deep relaxation and a wonderful feeling of weightlessness.
The Samadhi floating bath is an exclusive additional service and can be booked individually for CHF 80.00 per 45 minutes (for max. 2 people). Advance booking required.
