Every Sunday, Hotel Belvoir serves a traditional Sunday brunch. From 11.30 am to 02.30 pm, we regale our guests with delicious breakfast dishes, including the finest beef tartare and smoked salmon royale, as well as an indulgent dessert buffet. And best of all, the wonderful lake view will inspire your thoughts to wander – guaranteeing a pleasurable Sunday at Hotel Belvoir.

- Smoked salmon «Royal» served with various trimmings such as honey-mustard-dill sauce, pumpernickel, shallots, cranberry – whipped cream
- Beef tartar – prepared by yourself with homemade tartar sauce, chives, capers, watercress, toast and butter
- Parma ham, aged 18 months as whole ham, accompanied by Charentais melon
